The below are guidelines provided by the Club, ultimately it is the responsibility of each Team Coach to use good judgement when holding or cancelling practice for their Teams. Player Safety is always the most important factor.

SUMMER/HEAT –
Please hydrate properly BEFORE coming out to practices/games.
Continue to hydrate throughout practices/games.
Report dizziness or nausea to an adult – immediately!
In case of thunder and lightning, all practices/games will be cancelled or suspended. If you see lightning or hear thunder, stop what you are doing and seek immediate shelter. Play can resume after waiting 15 minutes after the last occurrence.
WINTER/COLD –
If the wind chill is 24 degrees or below, practices should be cancelled for all ages.
If the wind chill is 30 degrees or below, practices should be cancelled for u12 and younger.
